He barely sat when the panel chair started quizzing him. His rough shirt, folded sleeves revealing multiple wrist-bands, and lengthy beards, became the focus as he kept apologising for looking unkempt. The interview was discontinued. In his ensuing confusion, he first missed the exit and entered the adjoining rest room of the office. As failure starred him, his overconfidence based on the one who recommended him for the job, evaporated.
“If you [profess ignorance and] say, Behold, we did not know this, does not He Who weighs and ponders the heart perceive and consider it? And He Who guards your life, does not He know it? And shall not He render to [you and] every man according to his works?” Proverbs 24:12 (Amplified Bible)
