The choir leader had roused the congregation, and the singers sang with passion. The song spoke of power, it spoke of glory, it celebrated the kingdom, and reminded of heaven. But he stood alone, mute, as some swayed, while others danced. As the music faded, followed by the applause of an appreciative congregation, he exited the altar with the rest of the choir to their corner, a part of a team he appeared to be a stranger to.
