He needed cash but the front of the bank was packed, with the crowd spilling into the busy two-lane road. As he drove past, hasting away from the guaranteed delay, he returned, suddenly realising that there was no real option. It turned out that most of those gathered had a different mission. In less than 30 minutes, he was through, clutching all the cash he needed, and resolved never to be deceived by even what appears apparent.
