Hello my dearly beloved, a blessed and refreshing day to you.
As you are aware, the national election for Nigeria’s leadership comes up this week, Saturday 25th of February 2023.
May I request that we all set our hearts to present the nation before the Lord in prayers.
For as many as are eligible to vote, please do so with all sincerity and a sense of responsibility to God and the nation.
I am leaving you to dedicate the entirety of this whole week for this national election. May I request that you listen again and again to the devotional series for last week with the topic: UNDERSTANDING THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ELECTION OF GRACE. It will prepare you to vote right.
Remember the word of the Lord in Deut. 30:19 and please permit me to read the ERV translation.
(ERV) “Today I am giving you a choice of two ways. And I ask heaven and earth to be witnesses of your choice. You can choose life or death. The first choice will bring a blessing. The other choice will bring a curse. So choose life! Then you and your children will live.
The choice Nigerians make this week will have trans-generational implications.
Remember, as a believer, you cannot afford to be indifferent or neutral in the politics of your nation of residence.
May the Lord and your heart guide you wisely. Amen!
