Go For Fresh Fire By CJ Emmanuel | TimeTestedNews

And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit…
Acts 4: 31
A brother was told by his doctor that he was going to die because of certain ailments that he had. This report was shocking to him. But, instead of agreeing to die, he made up his mind to live. To achieve his desire to stay alive, He locked  himself up in a room to observe a time of personal retreat in which he read more than 50 chapters of his Bible daily. The exercise recharged him and he lived. Anyone that stays full of Jesus will never be a cheap catch for the devil.
One of the reasons why some believers are defeated by the enemy is the inability to recharge their spiritual batteries. A cell phone that has a dead battery will never be useful. You must learn how to receive and walk in fresh fire. If you are low in fire, you will have low impact. Passionlessness makes men weak and fearful.
Be careful! Anytime you notice that your zeal for the things that concern the Lord  is going down go for fresh fire. Do not relax in passivity. The Word of God is fire. Take It in. That is what will recharge your spiritual battery. It is dangerous to run on low battery. The lack of fire creates landing places for the darts of the enemy
in the lives of men .Do not be afraid. Get fired up.
When necessary, take a break from the usual and set yourself apart for the Lord. Go on a retreat and spend quality time in the Lord’s presence. By the time you return, men and situations will take note that you had been with JESUS.
May the fire of the Holy Spirit in your life be ever fresh.
1. Thank The Lord for His care for you.
2. Repent is you have been lukewarm in your Christianity.
3. Ask  the Holy Spirit for fresh fire .
4. Pray that the fire of The Lord will fall upon those who are passive in the church.
5. Pray about your needs and thank God.
