Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, is set to chair the seven-member panel of justices which will review the Imo governorship election judgment.
The panel sits today, February 18.
The judgment delivered on January 14, sacking Emeka Ihedioha of the People’s Democratic Party as governor of Imo State and replacing him with Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress has generated a lot of controversies.
Other members of the panel are Justice Nwali Sylvester Ngwuta , Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, Justice Amiru Sanusi, Justice Amina Adamu Augie, Justice Uwani Musa Abba Aji and Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.
Ihedioha and his party, the PDP want the court to reverse its judgment declaring Hope Uzondinma winner of the March 9, 2019, governorship election in the state.
